The focus of the Farm to Table program is training students in all aspects of growing, preparing, and serving food. TLC Child and Family Services provides support, education and accommodations for 8th – 12th grade students. The project transformed an unused field into outdoor dining, performance and gatherings with shade, connecting to the adjacent vegetable garden. The tiered amphitheater and trellis structure creates a courtyard space. The translucent allows year round instruction. The all-electric teaching kitchen accommodates an entire classroom.
