Fire, water and wood elements bring sensory warmth, sound masking and history to the Tasting Terrace. Vegetated concrete walls screen the adjacent parking from the gathering space. Low concrete walls allow views to the vineyard. A fireplace, a linear water feature, and Pistache trees fill in the terrace. The winery wall is sheathed in re-milled redwood from a one hundred-year-old tank. A concrete bar infilled with redwood runs the width of the space. Inside is a new prep kitchen for catered events.
