MAD Architecture designed a net-zero multifamily home in Petaluma, Sonoma County. Liberty Lofts will be 10 units of new rental apartments with 1500 sf of Commercial. It is located on an infill Site in the heart of downtown Petaluma. The project strives toward ‘Zero Net’ by eliminating Natural gas from the project and utilizing extensive Solar arrays to provide general power as well as EV car charging in the garages.
